Every child can learn to read, one sound at a time.
Hi, I'm [Your Name], a certified phonics educator. I teach children to connect letters to sounds, blend them into words, and read with confidence, through short, playful, structured lessons.

Reading is a skill you can teach step by step
I began teaching phonics after seeing how many bright children felt "bad at reading" simply because nobody had shown them how the code works. Once they learn it, they take off.
My lessons follow a clear order, use lots of speaking, tapping, and building words, and always end with a win your child can feel.
How a lesson works
Each 40-minute session moves through the same four steps, so children know what to expect and feel safe trying.
Learn the sound
Say it, see it, and write it. Letters and letter pairs like sh, ai, and ee are taught in a planned order.
Blend it
Slide the sounds together: s-a-t becomes "sat." Children practise with sound tiles and finger-tapping.
Read it
Decodable sentences and short stories that use only the sounds your child has learned.
Write it
Spelling by listening for sounds, then writing words and sentences from dictation.
Meet the sounds
Tap a letter group to see a sample word. This is part of what we cover in the first terms.
Pick a sound to begin.

Questions parents ask
What is phonics?
Phonics teaches the link between letters and the sounds they make, so children can work out new words on their own instead of guessing or memorising each one.
When should my child start?
Most children are ready between ages 4 and 6, when they enjoy rhymes and noticing the first sound of words. Older children can start at any time.
Are lessons online or in person?
Both options are available. Online lessons use a shared screen with sound tiles and games, so children stay active.
How can I help at home?
Ten minutes a day is plenty. After each lesson I send a short practice sheet and a list of words to read together.
How soon will I see progress?
Many children blend their first words within a few sessions. Steady reading usually follows over a few months of regular practice.
